How do I pay for packs?

With USDT. You can pay through the instant checkout in your panel, or send USDT to our address and submit the transaction ID. Accounts are added as soon as the payment is confirmed.

What do my customers install?

The Climax VPN app from Google Play. On the Profile page they type the username you gave them into the email box, then the password, and tap Sign in.

Can one account be used on several phones?

An account works on 1 device at a time. If the customer signs in on another phone, the older one is signed out.

What happens when a customer's month ends?

Renew the account from your panel. It uses one account from your balance and adds a new period on top of any days the customer still has.

Do the free accounts expire?

No. The free starter accounts stay in your panel until you use them. Each account runs for 1 month from the moment you create it.
